My Daily Makeup Removing Routine: Get You Squeaky Clean

I often mark the end of a long work day by coming home and taking all of my makeup off. Proper cleansing is essential to maintaining the health of your skin and a hassle free procedure will help you maintain such a routine.

Step 1: MAC Bulk Wipes

I like to take the day off with a good wipe. These are slightly larger and much wetter than most. Buying the bulk pack is actually cheaper than buying random ones from drug stores. You can read my review on it here.

Step 2: Shu Uemura Cleansing Oil

I absolutely love the fresh version (cherry) and it's the perfect late evening treat when you warm up the oil in your palms and massage it in. It's a mascara removing essential and really clarifies my pores. An all time favorite throughout my pore cleansing battle. I only have an overview/brief review of the three types I tend to use. If you guys want some really in depth thoughts, I will include it in my pore cleansing post.

Step 3: Pond's Face Wash

I always start the day with a good foamy face wash that's not too heavily scented. My all time favorite is Pond's Smooth Pores Face Wash which contains charcoal but unfortunately, the series is only available in Europe and Asia. The Lancome one is rather similar except it doesn't loosened up the dirt in my pores as much.

Extra Step: Lancome Bi-Facil Eye Makeup Remover

If I wear super heavy eye makeup involving things like fake eyelashes, I would always use this to dissolve the glue. Nothing can stand in its way! More details here.
