Quick Prep: Home Baked Chocolate Croissants
I'm rather picky about my croissants and most of the ones bought from stores and pastry shops never taste as fluffy and rich. Since I'm too lazy to slave over croissant dough preparation every weekend, I've been on the hunt for a good alternative: frozen unbaked croissants.

Quick Prep: Greek Yogurt with Honey & Almonds
This is one of my all time favorite breakfast/brunch items and summer snacks. An all time Greek classic. It's super easy to make and extremely healthy. A small bowl will keep your full until lunch time and away from all those snacks that you told yourself not to eat.

I'm still suffering from my allergies. It's nothing big compared to most people but it gets to you. My friend has been drinking lemon and honey teas religiously and she has experienced some wonderful results so I've been doing the same. Introducing Weekly Dose of Delicious Goodness
Hopefully I can manage to post a weekly food piece. My life is pretty fast paced and at the same time, I aim to eat healthy and sumptuous tasting things. This eventually becomes hard to balance at a certain point but I've accumulated some tips over the years.
