I have finally given up maintaining a clean house. It's a never ending battle that I will never win given my busy lifestyle. I just vacuumed yesterday and there are already fur balls everywhere! A roomba doesn't really solve my problems since there are various corners and furniture obstacles that would just block it. Somehow all the fur tend to hide in those areas... I wish there was a four legged equivalent of a cleaner fish. I will be doing a grooming post sometime soon but oh my, the shedding never stops.
Lately, my skin has been acting up due to how stressed I've been. It kind of feels like I'm a teenager again. The recovered areas are flaky from skin regeneration and the treatment creams I've been using. Things are just not working out since I just finished my old chemical exfoliator and am in desperate need of a new chemical peel/serum. I've eyeing the Alpha-H collection but I fear it might be a bit too intense for my skin since the particular items that I'm interested in do have a heavy anti-aging factor to them.
Are people writing their holiday shopping lists? Perhaps I should start soon. I'm looking forward to the days off more than anything else but it looks like I might have to spend a lot of the time tossing and turning on the poorly designed plane seats (seriously, can we get just a bit more back support?) while dreading the time I have to spend telling my relatives that they are great as they gift you something absolutely horrendous. Yup, that sums up the next few months.
Leo has stopped having funny voice cracks when he barks. He used to get so embarrassed when that happens because it takes away his ferocious moment. I have a feeling he enjoys barking at people down the street just to scare them. He somehow knows how to select the ones that would have the biggest reactions and loves to see them hurry away. Some even run. I suppose a lot more people have had bad experiences with dogs than I thought. Sneaky brat. I need to do more work on prong collar corrections.
Talk about sneaky. The master escape gene has officially kicked in. He somehow stuck his head out through the lower end of the crate door and pulled his fox in. This morning, there was a giant pile of white filling waiting for me clean up. I really want to set up a hidden camera and see what he is capable of while I'm not home.
